1. License & Usage

• Attempting to bypass licensing, authentication, or security measures is prohibited.

2. Purchases & Payments

• All purchases must be completed through the official payment methods provided by Muka.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.
• Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
• Muka reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or abuse.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Software, refunds may be limited once a license has been delivered or activated.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where applicable.

4. Account & License Security

You are responsible for keeping your account, license key, and authentication information secure.

Muka is not responsible for losses resulting from voluntarily sharing your credentials or license information with others.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Distribute or resell the Software.
• Use the Software to commit fraud or other unlawful activities.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise Muka’s services or infrastructure.

• License sharing or unauthorized redistribution
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the Software or services
• Attempts to bypass security or licensing systems
• Violation of these Terms

Termination may result in the loss of access to the Software without a refund where permitted by applicable law.

7. Software Updates

Muka may release updates, modifications, or changes to the Software at any time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as necessary.

Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms.

8. Availability

Muka does not guarantee that the Software or related services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

9. Disclaimer

The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Muka makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your continued use of the Software after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.
